• Submit claims and post payments • Research denied claims • Work to ensure every patient visit is paid • Provide exceptional client service • Support client collections and help exceed expectations • Complete a brief billing assessment and interview process if invited
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of hands-on pediatric medical billing experience required • Experience in EPIC required • Knowledge of the full life cycle of a claim • Must be able to work independently and deliver exceptional client service • Must research denied claims and pursue payment for every patient visit
