📋 Description

• Source applicants for positions through cold calling, data mining, and external job board searches • Work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates • Evaluate potential candidates through preliminary phone screen assessments • Assist candidates professionally via phone, email, and in person • Document information in Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring • Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity • Proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs • Basic Excel experience • Comfort using a laptop computer and software • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
