• Lead development, execution, and refinement of Domestic E2E strategic and operational plans aligned with American Bible Society priorities • Provide senior-level oversight of gospel engagement, public reading of Scripture, Bible distribution, and pathways into Christian community • Set program direction, priorities, success metrics, and multi-year growth plans with the Senior Director • Co-lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial management • Contribute to revenue strategy, diversified funding models, fundraising proposals, donor materials, and strategic funding initiatives • Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact partnerships with churches, denominations, and national ministries • Serve as a senior representative and subject matter expert with domestic partners and stakeholders • Oversee strategic communications, partner calls, reports, impact narratives, and internal updates • Support the annual E2E Global Partners Summit and oversee or facilitate partner training • Represent American Bible Society and E2E at ministry conferences • Ensure data collection and reporting by domestic partners using E2E frameworks • Evaluate program effectiveness, outcomes, and learning with Ministry Insights • Elevate life-change stories and performance indicators for stakeholder reporting and decision-making • Mentor program staff and provide functional leadership to cross-functional collaborators • Contribute to broader End-to-End and American Bible Society leadership initiatives • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of End-to-End
• Bachelor’s degree required • Graduate degree and/or ministerial credentials preferred • Typically 8+ years of experience in faith-based nonprofit leadership • Demonstrated success in program strategy, partnership development, and funding • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and execution capabilities • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning • Proficiency with MS365 and related collaboration tools • Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and identification with and participation in a Christian church • Commitment to grow in Christian faith and participate in organizational prayer, devotional times, and organization-wide events • Christian maturity, ethical conduct, and alignment with American Bible Society’s mission, vision, values, Standards of Conduct, and Affirmation of Biblical Community • Ability to support organizational biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities • Ability to work extended hours during travel or peak deliverable periods • Ability to maintain an organized and professional remote work environment • Candidates must pass a background check • Satisfactory reference checks required • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required • Must sign and agree to uphold the ABS Affirmation of Biblical Community as a condition of employment
