📋 Description

• Post job openings internally and externally across platforms such as Jobvite, LinkedIn, and Indeed • Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial outreach • Coordinate interviews and various stages of the interview and hiring process with recruiters, candidates, and HR • Maintain accurate candidate information and workflow progress in the applicant tracking system • Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple teams • Communicate promptly with candidates, provide updates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience • Assist with pre-employment requirements including background checks and licensing reviews • Generate recruiting activity reports and metrics to track candidates through the hiring pipeline • Stay current with recruiting trends and tools to enhance process efficiency • Assist with recruiting and onboarding administrative duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems (Jobvite preferred) • 1 -3 years of recruiting support experience in a fast paced, professional environment • Customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and courteous demeanor • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, scheduling, and documentation • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
