• Coordinate budget and logistics for Amgen Congress Team-led, marketing-led, and sales-led congresses with cross-functional, cross-brand, and external agency stakeholders • Track congress performance and KPIs, capture key learnings, identify improvement opportunities, and define year-over-year conference opportunities aligned with brand strategy • Partner with Marketing Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to align speaker program activity and investment with brand priorities and annual budget expectations • Maintain visibility into program volume, utilization, and spend, identifying trends, opportunities, or gaps • Coordinate planning and execution for UPLIZNA advisory boards with Marketing, Medical, agencies, and other stakeholders • Support HCP identification, recruitment, and participation planning • Support development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, agency deliverables, and project plans • Support promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners • Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to execute HCP marketing initiatives
• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 1 year of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years of directly related experience • 2+ years of biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or a related business function preferred • Experience supporting development and execution of promotional marketing materials • Experience supporting conference, speaker program, advisory board and/or medical marketing and peer-to-peer tactics • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process preferred • Rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred • Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and passion for high-quality commercial execution
