📋 Description

• Support planning and operations for the Chief Compliance Officer and Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics leadership team • Coordinate leadership routines, planning activities, communications, and cross-functional initiatives • Coordinate recurring leadership meetings and planning sessions, including schedules, agendas, pre-reads, logistics, notes, and action follow-up • Prepare presentations, talking points, briefing materials, communications, leadership updates, all-staff materials, and organizational announcements • Maintain decision, commitment, action, calendar, tracker, and records systems • Coordinate annual operating planning, goal alignment, performance reviews, budget planning, and headcount planning • Develop work plans, milestones, ownership assignments, and status updates • Coordinate high-priority initiatives, change activities, special projects, and business learning assignments • Synthesize inputs into concise summaries and presentations, identifying open questions, proposed actions, and required decisions • Build relationships with WC&BE, Finance, HR, Legal, Communications, and other partners • Identify and implement improvements to planning, meeting, communication, and follow-through processes

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience • Experience supporting strategic planning and business performance, including annual operating plans, goal alignment, performance reviews, and tracking progress against priorities • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, with clear work plans, milestones, owners, and visibility into risks and dependencies • Experience synthesizing business updates and performance data into concise insights, recommendations, and materials for senior leaders • Familiarity with budget, headcount, or resource planning, and the ability to coordinate inputs across Finance, HR, and business teams • Strong partnership and communication skills • Judgment to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information in a complex, global organization
