📋 Description

• Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules, instructional videos, and interactive content for Amplitude Academy and beyond • Identify opportunities to improve education systems, workflows, and learner experiences through technology and automation, including AI tools • Assist with the design and enhancement of high-stakes certification programs • Collaborate on certification exam questions to ensure accuracy, rigor, and alignment with program objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences • Manage projects end-to-end from concept through launch, meeting timelines and learning objectives • Leverage learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve learning content • Contribute to the overall learning strategy and align with company goals and learner needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field, focusing on eLearning and/or certification development • Proficiency in course development tools, including SCORM authoring, LMS, video editing, and other relevant eLearning development tools • Strong use of AI to drive learning outcomes • Experience working on high-stakes certification programs from development to launch • Ability to transform technical or complex information into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality content on time • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in response to evolving priorities and feedback from Product and Engineering teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders • Knowledge of learning analytics and leveraging data to improve learning experiences • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
