📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys to resolve billing problems and answer questions • Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and others • Listen effectively and communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes with callers • Understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required • 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred • Familiarity and proficiency with the policies and procedures of the Customer Service department • Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology • Ability to learn quickly and meet department production and quality goals • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks • Effective oral and written communication skills • Reliable, team-oriented, pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily
