📋 Description

• Attend conferences and physician events to manage and oversee event happenings • Administer and update Salesforce • Generate reports for Operations Leaders on recruiting opportunities and candidate pipeline • Oversee candidate recruitment phases in the applicant tracking system • Enter physician information and CVs into the tracking platform • Manage job postings to ensure high visibility • Administer recruitment email campaigns and market opportunities through recruitment databases • Collaborate with recruiters and directors to identify high-urgency opportunities and markets • Facilitate physician leads through mass texting, email campaigns, and social media outreach • Lead, build, and track Community Needs Assessment requests • Manage the Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process, including checklists, documents, signatures, and progress tracking • Manage internal communications through the corporate connect page and bi-weekly operations reports • Request and track Salesforce builds • Provide tactical and administrative support for initiatives while meeting deadlines and quality standards • Design and present visual data representations to communicate insights and trends • Assist with social media content and scheduling • Serve as point of contact for Physician Connect inquiries and create market-specific pitch decks • Complete projects with operations and strategy teams to improve candidate sourcing and contract management efficiency • Collaborate with recruiters and directors as project manager to determine business processes and procedures and complete milestones and goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician recruitment relations, or similar roles • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Exceptional verbal, written, in-person, and virtual communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships • Ability to manage time wisely and multitask effectively and efficiently • Highly organized and attentive to detail • Ability to independently manage tasks or projects from start to finish • High integrity and ability to maintain highly confidential information • Ability to travel at least 25% • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Salesforce, including building reports and enhancing analytical functions • Experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus
