📋 Description

• Own and drive market demand and conversion, delivering satisfaction and serving as the voice of the Enrollment Services extended network • Provide leadership to the Admissions team and counsel to the VP of Operations and executive leaders on customer and growth objectives • Manage day-to-day operations, processes, metrics, and departmental budgets under the annual operating plan • Hire, train, develop, evaluate, and coach a high-performance Enrollment Services team focused on new student demand, conversion, and revenue opportunities • Develop a metrics-, customer-, and market-driven culture • Manage queries and issues within the Enrollment Services team • Partner with Operations and Leadership Team members on Enrollment Services process improvements and implementation of new programs • Collaborate with leadership as the voice of the customer to understand company, technology, and product strategy • Recommend platform changes and enhancements • Work with campus teams and leaders to define market opportunities and support methodologies • Provide growth-related reports and internal data to the VP of Operations • Develop reporting tools and dashboards as needed • Prioritize market objectives to drive demand, increase market share, and funnel new student enrollment to existing campuses • Serve as a customer escalation point of contact within Enrollment Services • Perform other responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or another industry-related specialization required, or at least 5 years of industry-related experience including 3 years in upper management • Excellent verbal communication, particularly telephonic, and good written communication skills • Persistence, positive attitude, and self-motivating work style • Mature, positive, and collaborative interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively use applicable school systems, databases, and tools • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced knowledge and functionality of Google Suite • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changes in work environment or schedule • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in person with students and staff from diverse backgrounds • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly structured and regulated work environment • Ability to travel up to 50% or as required by business demand • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or equivalent training and experience required (preferred education and experience)
