• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets and exceeding customer expectations • Understand program requirements and maintain customer dialogue to align engineering efforts with mission objectives • Orchestrate deployment of Anduril capabilities with engineering, logistics, technical operations, training, and other partners • Foster a “Team of Teams” culture across Anduril, customers, and third-party partners • Own contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps • Build an outcome-oriented, high-performance program team culture • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, testing, operations, business development, and other teams • Assess team skills and resource requirements and identify training or recruitment needs • Collaborate with senior management on the strategic roadmap for Air Defense in the region • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and business strategies • Integrate engineering expenditures into strategic planning • Identify process improvements, technology adoption, and innovation opportunities • Monitor budgets and implement corrective actions • Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies with finance and business development teams • Oversee financial planning and reporting across functions • Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies • Work with engineering, product, operations, support teams, and in-country customers to deploy and sustain capabilities
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts, software development lifecycle, challenges, and risks • Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams • Program management experience • Prior military or national security professional experience • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Fluent in Mandarin and English • Extensive experience living and/or working in Taiwan • Preferred: extensive experience living and/or working in Japan, Korea, or other important regional defense markets • Preferred: professional proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese • Preferred: familiarity with US Government regional defense posture and Indo-Pacific policy • Preferred: experience leading military operational planning, targeting, and fires systems/workflows • Preferred: familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command-and-control concepts, processes, and principles • Preferred: experience partnering with regional militaries and governmental defense organizations
