📋 Description

• Support Anduril's software recruiting team and talent management as the company rapidly grows • Collaborate with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs • Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while communicating with stakeholders • Establish partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables • Build trust and operating rhythms with cross-functional stakeholders to scale and manage company growth • Embed into teams to understand product positioning, market fit, technical roadmaps, and team culture • Learn and communicate the mission, team, and opportunity to close exceptional technical talent • Track and analyze recruiting pipeline and performance data and translate insights into data-driven narratives • Build recruiting strategies for long-range company growth and implement referral and process improvements • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent • Startup/software recruiting experience preferred • Agency recruiting combined with internal recruiting experience is a major plus • Resilience and creativity to handle obstacles, troubleshoot, and create solutions on the fly • Direct, succinct, timely, and efficient communication with active listening and engagement • Accountability and ownership of recruiting responsibilities and business impact • Low ego and high curiosity, with openness to giving and receiving candid feedback and iterating from setbacks
