📋 Description

• Work closely with Area Sales Managers to provide exceptional customer service • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction • Assist Area Sales Managers with timely solutions to customer inquiries • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts via phone, email, and chat • Handle complex issues and provide additional expertise when needed • Partner with Implementation Specialists to review the customer journey, share feedback, problem-solve, and improve the customer experience • Verify pricing and promotions from order entry through invoicing • Facilitate workflow among team members and departments to ensure timely deliverables • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved • Manage quality control of delivered products • Attend key industry and corporate events as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success required • Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in verbal, written and professional English; bilingual language is a plus • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel • Strong analytical, process-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and engage with new technologies • Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus • Experience with CRM software and project management tools • Ability to regularly communicate by phone, email, or virtual meetings • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods and stand for prolonged periods at convention booths • Must be authorized to work in the United States
