📋 Description

• Support the analytics roadmap using advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization • Generate strategic insights for the Customer Care team • Optimize the care function and provide data-driven recommendations for customer care quality, revenue, and customer experience • Analyze care team performance, including save rate, customer churn, and cash collection • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical needs and align project scope and timing • Analyze network trends to identify growth opportunities • Generate predictive and prescriptive insights and support self-serve solutions • Communicate complex findings through narratives and visualizations • Create and maintain dashboards and explore near-real-time analytics solutions • Follow data validation and quality assurance best practices • Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline analytical workstreams • Work with data and product teams to maintain accurate, scalable data solutions and shared data resources • Document and share insights and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to leverage AI to streamline analytical workstreams
