• Identify and design solutions to clients’ technical requirements • Engage in pre-sales technical consultancy • Support with RFP responses • Create and deliver technical and product presentations • Proactively identify ways of improving the presales processes and team documentation • Support the Professional Services team by providing clear technical requirements for the designed solution
• Preferably 4+ years in a customer-facing role • Fields of job expertise: Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365 • Awareness of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies and integrating third-party APIs • Implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies • Commitment to staying up to date with new-to-market technologies
