âą Manage payroll processing for assigned portfolios âą Ensure all processing timelines for facility payrolls are met âą Review payrolls for accuracy before loading âą Prepare and submit banking transmittal files âą Upload daily ACH and Positive Pay files âą Address escalated payroll requests from clients âą Perform other duties as assigned

âą Basic computer knowledge and communication skills âą Payroll experience and a detailed understanding of payroll processing procedures and regulations âą Able to prioritize and meet deadlines âą Able to operate independently âą Attentive to detail âą Organized âą Able to learn new systems and policies âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills
