📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications, client-server applications, and automation scripts supporting SCPO business processes, budget management tools, and enterprise reporting needs • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, plus related Microsoft 365 technologies • Integrate commercial off-the-shelf software into existing architecture • Apply RDBMS and SQL knowledge to support data-driven applications • Plan, document, code, modify, test, and implement computer programs using an established Systems Development Methodology • Analyze program and production issues to support application reliability • Work with SCPO business leads and end users to define requirements, analyze and design system solutions, and write program specifications • Document test conditions, create test data, execute testing, analyze results, coordinate system testing, and assist users with acceptance testing • Research new technologies and contribute to multiple concurrent project requests • Assist with data and process models, work plans, and project organization • Develop administrator and end-user guides and training materials • Provide ongoing technical support for contractor-developed applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience developing and modifying web-based applications, client-server applications, or OS scripts for process automation • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications • Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) or Structured Query Language (SQL) • Experience implementing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software into existing architecture • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including planning, documenting, coding, modifying, testing, and implementing computer programs using a Systems Development Methodology • Desired: Experience supporting VA/VHA and/or other federal health agencies • Desired: Experience documenting test conditions, creating test data, analyzing test results, coordinating system testing, and assisting users with acceptance testing • Desired: Experience analyzing and designing system enhancements, defining requirements with users, and writing program specifications • Desired: Experience maintaining data and process models, work plans, and project organization • Desired: Experience developing administrator and end-user guides and training materials
