📋 Description

• Design, implement, configure, maintain, and support HP Nonstop infrastructure, communications server software, file transfer platforms, and related systems software • Establish, modify, and support customer connectivity, including new connections and file transfer software updates • Provide advanced problem determination and resolution for infrastructure, connectivity, file transfer, and distributed systems issues • Partner with development, operations, security, and infrastructure teams on implementations, incidents, releases, disaster recovery, and platform reliability • Improve scalability, resilience, performance, security, and operational efficiency across infrastructure services • Develop and maintain scripts, tools, automation, and repeatable processes • Support CI/CD deployment planning, release verification, rollback planning, and post-release validation • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices • Support containerized, distributed, and microservices-based application environments • Analyze security, compliance, operational, audit, disaster recovery, and risk management requirements • Create technical documentation, operational procedures, implementation plans, troubleshooting guides, and cross-training materials • Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing • Provide technical guidance to peers, operations teams, and development partners

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting HP Nonstop environments, operating system concepts, communications server software, and file transfer platforms • Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, or supporting reliable infrastructure services in complex enterprise environments • Strong understanding of distributed systems, availability, resiliency, performance, fault tolerance, monitoring, and operational support • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure engineering, scalable platform design, resilience, security, and cost-aware operations • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, release automation, deployment validation, and controlled implementation processes • Experience with scripting, programming, automation, or infrastructure tooling • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, or automation frameworks • Familiarity with container platforms, orchestration concepts, or application platform services • Understanding of microservices concepts and infrastructure dependencies • Ability to identify, analyze, and document security, compliance, audit, and operational requirements • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure, connectivity, and platform issues • Ability to partner with vendors, development, operations, security, internal departments, and management • Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation ability • Ability to operate independently and informally coach or support others • Must abide by Mastercard security policies and practices, protect information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected violations, and complete mandatory security training
