📋 Description

• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of AWS services using Terraform • Deploy, configure, harden, and maintain infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments • Build and standardize reusable Terraform modules • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Docker • Manage containerized workloads on ECS/Docker, including deployment strategies and rolling updates • Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation issues • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability using Splunk, Zabbix, and AppDynamics • Participate in an on-call rotation for production incident response • Apply cybersecurity best practices and support compliance-aligned infrastructure operations • Collaborate with security and networking teams on secure configurations, change controls, and audit-ready processes • Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness • Partner with engineering, security, networking, and application teams • Maintain SOPs, system diagrams, and secure configuration baselines • Produce Root Cause Analysis documentation and present findings to technical, non-technical, and federal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree • Minimum six years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud and DevOps/platform engineering • Strong hands-on Terraform experience for AWS infrastructure automation • Strong Jenkins/CI-CD pipeline experience, including YAML and Groovy pipeline scripting • Docker containerization experience • Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, zero-trust concepts, and compliance frameworks including NIST, CIS, ISO 27000, and FedRAMP/FISMA • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Approved Public Trust adjudication required prior to onboarding with Guidehouse • Active Public Trust or suitability preferred • Backstage or other internal developer platform experience preferred • ServiceNow administration experience preferred • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent preferred • Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, and AppDynamics preferred • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot, Kiro, or Cursor preferred • Travel required up to 10% • Clearance required: ability to obtain Public Trust
