📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions that allow product teams to run containerized services seamlessly • Develop internal cloud infrastructure best practices, guidelines, and documentation • Write and maintain code for centrally managed services while improving security and reliability • Manage centralized NATS messaging infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance • Provide support through a dedicated on-call rotation • Contribute to technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records • Build a robust containerized environment on Azure and maintain a reliable, high-performance messaging backbone • Champion automation and infrastructure-as-code to reduce toil and improve delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language; Python or Go preferred • Solid experience deploying and optimizing solutions on Azure or GCP • Strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform • Knowledge of containerization ecosystems such as Kubernetes and related tooling • Understanding of Linux, networking, web applications, and database fundamentals • Familiarity with monitoring server and application performance • Troubleshooting skills in distributed environments • Deep understanding of distributed systems and message brokers • Comfortable owning critical infrastructure components • Preference for the role to be based in CET+/-2 • Applications cannot currently be accepted from people based in Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, or Germany
