📋 Description

• Process invoices with appropriate approvals and verify accuracy • Communicate with vendors and other departments to troubleshoot payment issues • Track payment schedules and payment methods • Maintain and reconcile the Amazon Business account • Manage customer/vendor credits and vendor relationships • Import credit card transactions bi-weekly and maintain credit card reports • Verify, classify, and record accounts payable and receivable transactions • Handle Certificate of Insurance requests • Maintain the vendor compliance tracker, including collecting COI and W-9 documents • Compile receipts for monthly billings • Assist with quarterly, year-end, and annual corporate financial controls audits and reports • Organize the shared drive and related documents • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, preferred • Minimum 2 years accounting experience, specifically in Accounts Payable • Accounting software experience required • Sage Intacct a plus • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Availability Monday through Friday, approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
