📋 Description

• Take a lead role in identifying, designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions • Apply software development expertise such as proficiency in .NET with C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices • Design and develop AI-enabled automation solutions that integrate with Workday to improve business process efficiency • Consistently monitor deployed solutions to ensure peak performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement, as well as troubleshoot and promptly resolve any issues that arise • Perform tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies • Serve as a trusted advisor on automation by offering objective, practical, and relevant ideas, insights, and recommendations • Work collaboratively with internal and external business and technology teams and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver both quick wins and long-term strategic automation solutions

• Extremely curious with a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth; adaptable and innovative • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, fostering strong internal and external relationships through effective interpersonal skills • Eagerness to support colleagues and peers through coaching and mentorship by sharing your unique expertise • Capable of facilitating both technical and non-technical discussions related to architecture and the development of automation solutions • Skilled at effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience managing end-to-end automation solution development using Agile practices • Extensive expertise in developing and deploying solutions utilizing several of the following technologies: .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML • Comprehensive experience with tools and platforms such as Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger • Strong proficiency in Web and Application Development (both Frontend & Backend), REST API development and integration, as well as Microservice development and integration • Ability to interpret various SDKs from their documentation and transform that understanding into successfully executed development tasks • In-depth knowledge of secure authentication protocols and tools including Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA • Expertise in application and audit logging, unit testing, and related areas, utilizing tools such as MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog • Experience with Automation and Business Process Management (BPM) tools and platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, Playwright, and others
