📋 Description

• Supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs • Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations • Translate complex program requirements into testable requirements • Analyze and recommend test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives • Manage diverse organizations and personalities to execute successful test programs • Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions • Develop overall test strategy, including objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules • Independently assess system performance against stated requirements • Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program • Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases • Support a defense procurement and payment platform modernization and sustainment program involving software modernization, legacy-code refactoring, Agile/DevSecOps delivery, AWS GovCloud operations, CI/CD automation, cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, automated testing, and performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience • Experience in quality gates, test coverage, release readiness, and configuration controls • Experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, automation, and release management testing • Experience in Agile • Knowledge of system operations, engineering, and DevOps integration • Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools • Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating systems • Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs • Experience translating complex program requirements into testable requirements • Experience analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives • Bachelor's or Master's degree required • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical organization
