📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated technical Systems Engineer for assigned MSP/SP accounts • Build relationships across technical, operational, executive, product management, sales, marketing, operations, service assurance, and NOC stakeholders • Help partners design, package, launch, grow, and operationalize SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services • Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs for MSP/SP sales, marketing, operations, NOC/support, and product management teams • Integrate VeloCloud SD-Branch into OSS/BSS systems, service assurance platforms, and delivery workflows • Guide use of VeloCloud REST APIs, log and metric export, and multi-tenant orchestration capabilities • Co-sell with MSP/SP sales teams through technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops • Lead solution design, RFx technical responses, and Proofs of Concept • Collaborate on managed services leveraging Arista campus switching, wireless, and security portfolios • Provide structured MSP/SP channel feedback to Arista Product Management and Engineering • Represent Arista at industry events, MSP-focused forums, partner-led customer events, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience • 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services • At least part of that experience focused on Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments • Understanding of routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF • Understanding of WAN technologies and SD-WAN • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs • Ability to establish long-lasting relationships and credibility with diverse MSP/SP stakeholders • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills • Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs, metrics, events, and alerting • Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting, including REST APIs, Python, and Ansible, is a plus • Understanding of Service Provider routing environments, including MPLS VPN and Segment Routing (SR) • Prior experience working with or supporting MSP/SP organizations is a plus • Experience co-developing or enabling managed service offerings is a strong plus • Network Industry Certification is a plus
