📋 Description

• Direct the efforts of the Field Engineer team to deliver technical assistance for sales account teams, development, engineering, product management, and tribal casino customers • Coordinate Field Engineer group activities supporting client-facing units, product development, technical staff, product administration, and tribal casino customers • Lead requirements analysis, project scheduling, defect triage, and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with departmental management and partners to achieve business goals • Communicate expectations and provide mentorship to team members • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of project and process responsibilities • Conduct corrective training and counseling to maintain compliance with company policies • Lead research, design, and development phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget • Develop proposals, statements of work, designs, plans, and schedules • Schedule and conduct technical and clerical training for new-hire Field Engineers • Coordinate interviews for potential Field Engineer candidates • Supervise work schedules and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tribal gaming regulations • Perform routine audits and inspections of Aristocrat equipment in customer server rooms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of leadership experience in the Field or Customer Service • Casino gaming experience preferred • Initiative-taking ability and ability to supervise multiple small to medium-sized projects of low to medium complexity • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a consistent record of diligence • Effective interpersonal skills, including significant written and verbal communication • Outstanding decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical abilities • Ability to lead and collaborate within a multi-functional team across different levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, presentation software, Project, Visio) • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives • Travel required – 0 - 25%
