📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) across time zones • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and status updates • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes • Lead or support recruiting-related projects, including process improvements and technology implementations • Serve as a point of contact for escalations or complex scheduling needs • Mentor junior recruiting coordinators and contribute to team training and development • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws • Support Armada's Talent Acquisition and People teams with system optimization, program development, process documentation, and People-wide projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience partnering with a Go To Market (GTM) organization • 3–5 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role; experience in a senior or lead capacity preferred • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse or a comparable system • Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Rippling • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Experience mentoring or leading junior coordinators • Must be based in the continental United States
