📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media • Build diverse candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates • Manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods • Create a positive candidate experience • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team goals • Facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation • Develop offer-closing strategies and support candidate decision-making • Address data analysis challenges and synthesize insights • Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, identify friction points, set expectations, and overcome obstacles • Develop diversity-focused sourcing strategies and marketing programs • Advise on structured interviews and coach leaders on inclusive interviewing • Track pipeline data and update hiring managers • Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment • Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team • Proven strategic sourcing skills • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities • Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally • Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you • Previous tech experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
