📋 Description

• Proactively map and engage top tier commercial sales talent across the US. • Manage screening, interview coordination and offer negotiations alongside P&C Business Partners. • Coach US hiring leaders on structured selection, competency evaluation, and mitigating hiring bias. • Track pipeline health and manage recruitment tech tools (BambooHR, Xref).

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience with a strong, proven background in Medical Device, Surgical Sales, or Life Sciences hiring. • Deep familiarity with US commercial sales compensation structures, talent dynamics, and sales candidate motivations. • Exceptional passive sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks. • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment campaigns autonomously across multiple time zones. • Adaptable, proactive mindset with a strong sense of humor and collaborative spirit.
