📋 Description

• Leverage advanced-level understanding of CTEM to collaborate with Director-level leadership and define the program roadmap • Safeguard critical assets while supporting business velocity • Oversee and actively drive automation of the team’s use of modern security platforms • Build and optimize the Discovery-to-Remediation lifecycle • Architect automated hand-off workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Reduce mean time to treatment and associated tracking activities • Direct implementation of testing workflows for continuous validation of security control efficacy across the national landscape • Quantify security posture through KPIs such as Attack Surface Coverage and Control Gap Analytics • Translate technical vulnerabilities into business-centric risk narratives for Board-level reporting and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Advance-level understanding of CTEM • Experience applying quantitative frameworks to calculate the financial impact of cyber risk and optimize vendor ROI • Proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell for developing custom middleware or API integrations • Proven ability to pivot program priorities in real-time to address emerging threat vectors • Growth mindset when legacy processes no longer meet the speed of modern cyber demands
