📋 Description

• Support a non-clinical outbound call team supporting clinical needs • Perform outbound and inbound call center functions • Engage patients and members in their health care and benefits • Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment • Research and complete filing needs • Adapt to evolving business needs • Execute outbound campaigns • Send emails and broadcast text messages to support business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
