📋 Description

• Craft a forward-looking editorial calendar and author high-impact content, including town halls and video scripts, translating the CEO’s narrative across the organization • Act as a thought partner to executive leadership and create a unified internal narrative connecting organizational priorities to daily associate work • Design agile workflows and communications infrastructure • Directly lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team to deliver quality at scale • Lead real-time crisis response for local and national urgent events with 24/7 agility • Partner across internal teams, subject matter experts, and external PR to maintain aligned messaging and talking points

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • Solid experience in internal or executive communications, with meaningful experience supporting C-suite • Experience in healthcare or large, complex organizations • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field strongly preferred
