📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain systems for third-party reimbursement calculations, evaluating monthly settlements alongside annual filings • Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide direct support throughout regulatory audits • Partner collaboratively across regional departments and ministries to execute and align net revenue management activities • Lead staff lifecycle management, including hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating team performance

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting preferred
