• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field • Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes • 5+ years of progressive professional experience • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes • Experience with modeling and/or performance forecasting, particularly related to cash flow or financial performance • Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, or similar teams and initiatives • Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem-solving and effective communication • MBA or other applicable advanced degree preferred • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools preferred • Prior experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations preferred
