📋 Description

• Support freight management operations through logistics activities, shipment coordination, and operational processes • Collaborate with freight management associates, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders on transportation activities • Resolve routine inquiries and contribute to effective service delivery • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Google Workspace, and other technologies • Analyze freight management data and performance metrics to identify trends and measure operational performance • Contribute data-driven recommendations supporting continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with freight management documentation, shipping account information, policies, procedures, and operational resources • Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives supporting freight management operations and organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline • College Junior year and above preferred, including Supply Chain, Operations, or Business • Skills in project management, problem solving, data analysis, and communication • Experience or proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Google Workspace, and other technologies
