• Manage large-scale automation projects ensuring timely delivery, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction • Provide expert-level support for complex customer challenges • Lead creation of ROM, Budgetary, and Firm Fixed Price proposals • Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify opportunities • Present solutions to customers • Manage change orders and ensure timely resolution • Conduct post-delivery check-ins and track scope changes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 5+ years in applications engineering, project management, or proposal writing in custom automation or engineered solutions • In-depth knowledge of automation systems in the Medical & Life Sciences sectors • Proven track record managing complex technical projects from concept to delivery • Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D Solid Modeling • Experience managing pre- and post-sale customer relationships, including change orders, scope tracking, and MBR/QBR delivery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PandaDoc or equivalent platforms • Willingness to travel up to 25%
