📋 Description

• Support the design, development, and implementation of Board of Certification research studies • Prepare and manage quantitative and qualitative research data for quality assessment, analysis, and interpretation • Disseminate research findings through reports, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and other scholarly or organizational products • Manage research timelines, deliverables, documentation, and coordination across concurrent projects • Develop and validate surveys, assessments, and other research instruments • Program survey instruments and conduct quality checks • Manage and validate large datasets, including data entry, cleaning, restructuring, and merging datasets • Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including ANOVA, regression, and t-tests, using SPSS • Interpret statistical results and collaborate with BOC team members on conclusions • Prepare tables, figures, data visualizations, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and summary reports using Excel and Tableau • Prepare annual examination summary reports using Tableau • Support qualitative research studies, including interviews, focus groups, data collection, and analysis • Track research milestones and deliverables and maintain project documentation • Coordinate research activities, meetings, communications, and logistics with team members, volunteers, and external stakeholders • Identify new research opportunities and operationalize ideas into actionable projects • Contribute to controlled documents for research and data analysis • Perform administrative and other assigned duties • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Psychometrics and Research, BOC team members, volunteers, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in the social sciences, statistics, data analytics, or a closely related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an applied research setting • Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting data analysis, working with large and complex datasets, and survey programming • Minimum of 1 year of experience using Tableau for data visualizations • Strong understanding of statistical and research concepts • Proficient in SPSS or other statistical software for data cleaning and analysis • Working knowledge of Tableau for data visualizations and summary reports • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Working knowledge of database management systems • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong technical writing skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to be punctual and reliable
