📋 Description

• Understand the entire customer journey and design thoughtful onboarding experiences for different roles and stages • Productize onboarding learnings from the Customer Success team • Spearhead the product-led growth motion in partnership with Customer Success • Own transactional email as an extension of the product experience • Define and track adoption and growth metrics • Analyze whether onboarding helps customers realize value sooner • Define Product Qualified Leads and work with Revenue Operations on routing them • Own feature changes that make onboarding easier and drive adoption • Create frameworks and consult with other product teams on adoption • Conduct customer research and develop product strategy • Partner with engineers, data, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams • Act as pace-setter for the product area and manage project scope and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning onboarding, expansion, or growth for a B2B SaaS product • Strong product taste and a growth-oriented product perspective • Growth strategy experience rooted in principled thinking, research, and data • Evidence of driving long-term growth results • Curiosity about end users and their jobs • Excellent written communication skills • Experience developing product metrics deeply connected to customer value • Exceptional relationships with customer success teams • Ability to coach and motivate high-agency engineers and drive urgency
