📋 Description

• Welcome and support new hires during their onboarding journey • Organize onboarding forms, documents, schedules, and essential information • Maintain communication with new hires via email, chat, and virtual meetings • Aid new employees in understanding company policies, tools, and procedures • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on any outstanding items • Collaborate with HR, recruiting, IT, and other departments as necessary • Ensure accurate and updated records of the onboarding process • Identify and proactively resolve any onboarding issues • Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout the onboarding phase • Suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the onboarding experience

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines • Previous experience in administration, customer service, HR, recruiting, or onboarding is advantageous but not mandatory
