📋 Description

• Own a product end to end: discovery, design, build, deploy, and measurement of results • Embed with subject-matter experts to understand problems and build solutions alongside them • Build APIs, interfaces, and integrations with property management and financial systems • Select appropriate solutions, including models, deterministic pipelines, vendor products, or process changes • Work on financial intelligence, operational workflow, marketing, and data products • Drive AI code generation during development and help establish team standards for its use

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software • Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript • Experience with APIs, SQL, and production deployments • Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development and coding agents • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical partners • Background in computer science, software engineering, coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience • Ability to work from loosely defined problems, own execution, and measure outcomes • Prior work in property management, real estate, or another operations-heavy industry • Familiarity with Domo or other BI platforms • Exposure to property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata • Experience building internal tools or automation for a non-technical business • A side project, small business, or self-automated job • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements
