📋 Description

• Support data science, AI, and related projects in an AWS cloud environment • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues • Support IT staff in daily operations, including system updates and maintenance • Help with software installations, configurations, and testing • Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic IT-related queries • Document IT processes and maintain system logs • Collaborate with the development and security teams on various projects • Learn and apply industry best practices in IT support and administration

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Prior experience and/or coursework in Data Science and/or Artificial Intelligence is preferred • Basic knowledge of operating systems and cloud environments • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills
