📋 Description

• Manage the team fulfilling verification products including education, employment, licensure, and Department of Transportation verifications • Supervise, direct, coach, train, develop, hire, and manage employee performance • Manage vendors and outside service providers, setting expectations and holding them accountable • Review department processes and optimize strategies for low-cost, high-quality, compliant results • Monitor quality trends, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions • Forecast staffing needs based on volume fluctuations and sales pipeline activity • Facilitate meetings to drive innovation, improve processes, establish best practices, and develop knowledge checks • Serve as escalation point and subject matter expert for verification fulfillment • Communicate order status, trends, and client-facing obstacles to Customer Service and Account Management • Maintain knowledge of organizational processes and IT advancements to automate or modernize internal systems • Analyze data for strategic accounts and measure performance against service level agreements • Develop and enhance team KPIs • Create department-specific policies • Develop training initiatives and a certification program supporting NAPBS accreditation and FCRA reporting compliance • Perform internal quality audits and analyze program and procedure effectiveness • Maintain knowledge of third-party verification services such as The Work Number and Clearinghouse • Manage budgets and resources effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading at the functional level is preferred • Experience presenting to clients is preferred • Experience using reporting tools and data sets to analyze and report data is required • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred • Experience with background screening is preferred • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, or similar software is required • Experience with business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, or CRM is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Salesforce certification is preferred • If performing work-related driving, a driver's license and driving record satisfactory to the company's liability insurance carrier are required • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience is preferred • 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience is preferred • Ability to lift objects weighing less than 20 pounds and carry them up to 20 feet is required • Ability to work generally during Eastern Time Zone business hours, with occasional work before or after normal hours, weekends, and evenings • Some travel by personal automobile and occasional overnight travel may be required
