📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms • Support end-user needs across various applications • Create product roadmaps • Define technical requirements • Develop platform architecture • Provide technical documentation, guidance, and support on platform capabilities • Conduct requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling • Write software code using programming, scripting, and/or database languages • Plan and conduct software testing • Analyze test results • Track and report risk levels during test execution • Manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • 5–6+ years of nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Pipedrive, or similar lending/CRM platforms development experience • In-depth knowledge of the job area • Relevant technical experience • Proficiency with applicable systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications • Advanced knowledge of software product engineering and platform development engineering • Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software platforms • Knowledge of software programming languages and database technologies • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to manage projects/processes • Ability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
