📋 Description

• Assist with client onboarding, including demos and migrations • Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients • Communicate rates and billing processes • Audit and update the CRM database for accuracy • Identify accounts where the product is underutilized • Analyze customer satisfaction and revenue trends to evaluate product success • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Account Management leadership • Provide high-level customer support, document solutions, de-escalate issues, and maintain customer satisfaction • Communicate with CSR 1&2 regarding improvements to customer responses and handling • Track and communicate software feature requests • Upsell and cross-sell additional products • Establish relationships with large users, build a book of business, and help prevent churn

• Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to take initiative and make decisions • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask and flexibly accommodate team needs • Team-player attitude and strong work ethic • High organizational skills and attention to detail • Good follow-through and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently without supervision • Comfort with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, email, dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and customer support ticketing systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • 2 or more years of customer service or account management experience • Experience in the entertainment/ticketing industry is a huge plus • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a huge plus • Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend trade shows is a huge plus
