📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams within the IT, Technology, and Digital organizations • Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting the approach based on role complexity and business priority • Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach • Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage • Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting • Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients • Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions • Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation • Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders • Proficiency with ATS platforms, with Workday preferred • Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency with CRM platforms • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift
