📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, including identifying and engaging talent, extending offers, negotiating, and supporting candidates through their first day • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by influencing hiring strategy, role intakes, prioritization, and trade-offs • Design and calibrate candidate assessments with engineering leadership • Track and analyze funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity • Represent and evolve Vanta’s engineering talent brand • Partner strategically with engineering leaders to scale critical engineering teams worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering • Deep understanding of backend, frontend, distributed systems, and infrastructure roles • Experience partnering with technical hiring managers and translating business needs into effective hiring strategies • Deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, including role scarcity, competitive dynamics, and evolving skill sets • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Curiosity and continuous learning; strong growth mindset • Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
