📋 Description

• Source and personally engage passive engineering candidates directly, including engineers who are not actively job searching • Build and run targeted search strategies for open, hard-to-fill engineering roles • Own full-cycle recruiting end to end, from candidate list and outreach through offer and close • Partner with engineering hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations against the current market, and adjust search strategy in real time • Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer • Bring market insight on engineering talent availability and compensation to hiring conversations • Use AI tools to sharpen search strategy and speed up sourcing research

🎯 Requirements

• A strong, demonstrable track record of sourcing and converting passive candidates yourself, including candidates who weren't actively looking when you reached out • Meaningful full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering or technical roles, where sourcing was a core part of your day • Strong technical acumen; ability to assess engineering candidates for fit rather than defaulting to pedigree • Proven ability to influence engineering hiring managers and senior stakeholders with data and clear thinking • Highly organized and data-oriented, with experience using metrics to drive decisions • Practical experience using AI tools to sharpen search strategy or speed up sourcing, with specific examples of what it's changed about how you work
