GenLogs is a Truck Intelligence SaaS platform that aggregates roadside sensors, satellite imagery, license-plate and vehicle-marking recognition, and millions of additional data points to deliver ground-truth, real-time visibility on motor carriers and commercial vehicles across the U. S. The platform is aimed at brokers, shippers, insurers, and law enforcement, and is used for carrier sourcing and vetting, compliance and fraud detection, underwriting and claims investigation, and locating and recovering stolen assets without relying solely on FMCSA or self-reported data.

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from intake through offer close • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring plans, headcount priorities, and role requirements aligned with team goals • Handle outbound sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for technical roles • Coach hiring managers and technical interviewers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and closing techniques • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touch to onboarding • Work within GenLogs' recruiting infrastructure, including ATS, interview processes, and offer workflows • Provide feedback to refine and improve recruiting infrastructure for technical hiring • Collaborate with the Lead Recruiter on hiring strategy • Work with third-party agency partners as needed to balance speed and cost-effectiveness for technical roles

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house technical recruiting at a high-growth startup • Proven success hiring for Engineering and Product roles in a fast-paced environment • Strong outbound sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies • Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with technical hiring managers • Solid understanding of technical interview design, candidate assessment, and closing strategies • Prior experience as a recruiter at a Series A or Series B company preferred • Experience recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles, such as ML and data infrastructure • Familiarity with common ATS platforms; Rippling experience preferred • Experience hiring in competitive talent markets • Passion for early-stage companies and building teams from zero to one
