📋 Description

• Research candidate markets and gather competitive intelligence • Build compelling candidate outreach for Vector’s open positions • Develop qualified talent pipelines across Vector’s groups • Monitor and cultivate candidate pipelines, including inbound applicants and sourcing outreach • Ensure prospects and candidates have a positive experience regardless of outcome • Drive the full recruiting cycle from opening roles through resume and interview feedback, debrief discussions, and candidate closing • Work directly with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles, search parameters, and closing strategies • Create role descriptions and outreach to market roles • Conduct initial recruiter screens • Improve recruiting KPIs and funnel conversion metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Prior professional experience in a prospecting or quota-based role such as Sales Development, Recruiting, Sourcing, or Talent Qualification • Experience ideally within a SaaS startup, recruiting agency, or sales-team lead generation • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build authentic, professional relationships • Organized and results driven, with the ability to operate well in ambiguity • Conscientious and diligent about results and following through on commitments • Experience using a CRM or applicant tracking system is a plus • Eagerness to grow a career in Talent Acquisition
