📋 Description

• Develop and run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, QA, and other R&D roles from intake through offer negotiation and close • Partner with engineering managers and directors to scope roles, calibrate technical interview bars, and build hiring plans against the R&D roadmap • Proactively source passive technical candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack Overflow, and technical communities • Design and run technical screening processes, including interview loops and panel-feedback calibration • Manage concurrent technical requisitions across individual contributor and senior levels while maintaining candidate experience • Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion; identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes • Share technical sourcing techniques and market intelligence with the recruiting team • Represent AxisCare’s engineering culture at relevant meetups, communities, or events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house or agency • Track record of hiring software engineers • Hands-on experience proactively sourcing passive technical candidates • Working fluency in engineering roles and technology stacks, including backend, frontend, full-stack, QA, and DevOps • Experience partnering with engineering leadership to build hiring plans and calibrate interview panels • Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, and applicant tracking systems • Candidate experience, offer negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions across multiple levels and role types • Manual dexterity for desktop computer and peripheral use • Ability to use phone, software, and email to perform job functions
