📋 Description

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical professionals • Source and identify qualified candidates using Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms • Recruit across cybersecurity, cloud, software development, GIS, data engineering, systems engineering, and related technical domains • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Compose and send recruitment correspondence through email, professional networks, and social media • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement sourcing strategies • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment progress using Applicant Tracking Systems • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment • Adhere to normal working hours, meet deadlines, follow company policies, communicate with supervisors, remain focused on assigned tasks, and complete other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience • Minimum 2–3 years of technical recruiting experience • Demonstrated experience recruiting within a federal government contracting environment • Experience sourcing candidates with active security clearances • Strong understanding of programming languages including Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, and SQL • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GovCloud • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, and STIGs • Understanding of DevOps/CI/CD concepts • Understanding of systems and network engineering fundamentals • Experience recruiting against federal labor categories and contract requirements • Proficiency using ATS systems and sourcing tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail in resume qualification review • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Post-employment ethics letter required if applicable for recent U.S. government employment • Preferred: Experience supporting DoD, DHS, Navy, Army, or other federal agencies • Preferred: Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) vs. exempt labor categories • Preferred: Experience using JIRA or similar workflow management systems • Preferred: Metrics-driven recruiting approach with cycle-time reduction focus • Preferred: Prior experience in a fast-growth GovCon organization
